이용약관

본 약관은 쿤난나(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 서비스 운영자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스의 내용

서비스는 별도 회원가입 없이 브라우저에서 즉시 플레이 가능한 캐주얼 웹 게임이며, 게임 진행 중 광고 시청으로 포인트를 획득해 게임 내 아이템과 교환할 수 있습니다. 본 서비스는 현재 전액 무료로 제공되며, 실제 현금 결제가 발생하는 유료 판매 기능은 운영하지 않습니다.

2. 유료 콘텐츠 안내

마켓 화면에는 향후 도입 예정인 유료 콘텐츠(갤러리 팩)의 참고 가격이 표시되어 있을 수 있으나, 현재는 실제 결제·구매 기능이 활성화되어 있지 않습니다. 추후 실제 결제 기능을 도입하는 경우, 결제수단·환불 규정 등을 본 약관에 명시하고 서비스 내 공지를 통해 사전 안내합니다.

3. 청약철회 및 환불 규정

향후 유료 결제 기능이 도입되는 경우, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 이용자는 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회(환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 아래의 경우에는 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.

• 이용자의 명시적 동의를 받고 콘텐츠 제공이 즉시 개시된 디지털 콘텐츠로, 제공이 완료되어 원상회복이 불가능한 경우
• 이용자의 귀책사유로 콘텐츠가 훼손되었거나, 이용(다운로드·열람)이 진행되어 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우

결제 관련 문의나 환불 요청은 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시면 접수일로부터 3영업일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내해 드립니다.

4. 이용자의 의무

• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위(자동화 프로그램 사용, 버그 악용 등)를 하지 않습니다.
• 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 방식으로 서비스를 이용하지 않습니다.

5. 서비스 제공의 중단

서비스는 시스템 점검, 서버 사정, 운영상의 필요 등에 따라 사전 공지 후 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 다만 이용자에게 중대한 영향을 미치는 경우 가능한 범위 내에서 사전에 안내합니다.

6. 면책조항

서비스는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 게임 내 재화(포인트, 아이템 등)는 현금으로 환전되지 않습니다.

These Terms govern the use of the Kunnanna ("the Service") web game, including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the operator. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service is a casual web game playable instantly in the browser without registration. Players may earn points by watching ads and exchange them for in-game items. The Service is currently provided entirely free of charge; no real-money paid sales feature is currently operated.

2. Paid Content Notice

The market screen may display reference prices for paid content (gallery packs) planned for a future release, but purchasing is not currently enabled. If a real-money purchase feature is introduced, the payment method and refund policy will be specified in these Terms and announced within the Service in advance.

3. Withdrawal and Refunds

If a paid feature is introduced in the future, under applicable South Korean e-commerce consumer protection law, you will be able to request a refund within 7 days of payment, subject to the exceptions below.

• Digital content that you explicitly agreed to receive immediately and that has already been fully delivered, making restitution impossible.
• Content whose value has been substantially reduced due to use (download/viewing) attributable to the user.

4. User Obligations

• You may not interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g. automation tools, exploiting bugs).
• You may not use the Service in a way that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

5. Service Suspension

The Service may change or suspend all or part of its functionality for maintenance, server, or operational reasons, with advance notice where the impact on users is material.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or network failures. In-game currency (points, items, etc.) cannot be exchanged for cash.
